If something we installed or repaired fails, you call us, we come back, we make it right. No second invoice. No service fee. No "well, that is a different part." If we touched it and it failed, it is on us.
If something is not right the day of the install, tell us before we pull out of the driveway. We do not consider the job done until you have walked the finished work with the crew and you are happy with it. If we have already left, call and we come back as soon as we can.
