Why Trinity Homes Need Fascia & Soffit Repair

Trinity is some of the newest, most manicured ground in Pasco, with deed-restricted communities like Heritage Springs, Fox Wood, and the Champions Club lining the streets off Little Road and the Suncoast Parkway. A lot of these homes went up in the building boom of the 1990s and 2000s with builder-grade sectional gutters, or with no gutters on the back of the house at all, to shave the construction cost.
