Tired of cleaning gutters two or three times a year?

Between the slash pines and laurel oaks, Spring Hill homeowners clean their gutters more than almost anyone in the state. Screens and foam clog with pine needles fast, which is why so many homes around Timber Pines and Wellington at Seven Hills are on their second or third "solution." We install stainless micro-mesh guards that keep the debris out and let Florida rain through. Under pines, that means ONE Gutter Guard, with its 20 year performance warranty.

We install professional-grade stainless micro-mesh guards, ONE Gutter Guard and Lock N Mesh, that block leaves, roof grit, and pests while letting heavy rain through. Cheap screens and foam clog with pine needles in a season. If pine trees hang over your roof, we use ONE Gutter Guard. This is the one upgrade that turns the ladder-and-scoop routine into a rare rinse.

From the estimate to the install it was absolutely wonderful. Chris even brought out a little mock-up roof with a gutter to show how the guards work. We could not be happier with our gutter guards.

I had all my gutters replaced with gutter guards. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The ONE Gutter Guard product is durable and the warranty is excellent. They worked hard all day, finished quickly, and cleaned up great.

They showed up, gave me a very fair estimate, and stuck to it. They repaired and replaced my gutters after the storm destroyed them. I contacted four other contractors who did not even bother to give me an estimate. The best in the business.

I priced gutters with other companies and had quotes from $2,800 to $4,000. Rain Storm Solutions beat the lowest by a ton. Chris explained everything, did not push any add-ons I did not need, and the gutters come with a lifetime warranty. I posted his card on our community website.

Chris and his crew are head and shoulders above all others. Honest, professional, quality gutters, and the most fair price around. There is no need to waste your time with franchises and high-priced businesses.

A great, kind small local business for our new-construction gutters. We wanted to support local over a big brand, and Chris and Jennifer walked us through the whole process. They were early, communication was fantastic, and they matched the downspouts to our home color perfectly.

Top-notch professionals. They were on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. Their pricing and products are great. I totally recommend them for your gutters.

A wind storm ripped my 30-year-old gutter off its brackets. They use closer bracket spacing than the standard, so the gutter is stout and sturdy, and they are so detail-oriented they painted the tiny scratches I never would have noticed. A great product at a fair price.

Could not be happier. The installers Jon and Dante asked me before doing anything and kept me informed beginning to end. Polite, courteous, and absolutely professional. Love the final product.

Gutter guard questions

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Every estimate is free and no-pressure. We measure the job, recommend what actually fits your home, and give you an honest price in writing. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Rain Storm Solutions is licensed and insured, as a Florida certified specialty contractor (license SCC131154760). We are a family-owned local business, run by Chris and Jennifer Flanagan, and Chris has more than 20 years of experience protecting Florida homes from rain and storm damage.

Do I have to pay anything up front?

Almost never. We very rarely take a deposit, only sometimes on a special order. You pay when the job is complete and you have walked the finished work with our crew.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Spring Hill, Brooksville, and the surrounding Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, and Sumter county areas of Florida, including New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Crystal River, Inverness, and Bushnell.

Do gutter guards really work in Florida?

The right kind does. Cheap screens and foam clog with pine needles within a season. We install stainless micro-mesh guards (ONE Gutter Guard and Lock N Mesh) that block leaves, oak catkins, and roof grit while letting heavy Florida rain through. If pines hang over your roof, we use ONE Gutter Guard.

What is the difference between ONE Gutter Guard and Lock N Mesh?

Both are professional stainless micro-mesh systems. ONE Gutter Guard is our premium micro-mesh, and the one we fit on most homes. Lock N Mesh is our economical option, all stainless steel, and a good fit for coastal salt air. If you have pine trees, we use ONE Gutter Guard. With no pines, the choice is yours, and your roof type matters too. We go over it at the free estimate.

Can you put gutter guards on my existing gutters?

Yes, we do it often, especially on 5 inch gutters. Our gutter guard is made to fit both 5 inch and 6 inch gutters, and bigger ones when needed. We look at your gutters at the free estimate.

Will I ever have to clean my gutters again?

Rarely, but yes. A gutter guard that never needs any care is a myth, and Chris goes over this at the estimate. With micro-mesh guards, cleaning drops to a rare rinse. Most of the upkeep is where a splash shield sits, the small piece at an inside corner that keeps rain from shooting past the gutter.

What happens at a gutter guard estimate?

Chris looks at your trees and your roof and walks you through both systems, so you can choose with the facts in front of you. You get a written price that is good for 30 days. There is no one-visit, high-pressure close.

How long is my estimate good for?

Your written estimate is good for 30 days. The only thing that can change the price is rotted wood we cannot see until the old gutter comes off. That is rare, and it is spelled out in your contract before any work starts.

Do you offer a senior, military or first responder discount?

Yes. We take 10% off for seniors 65 and up, all military (active duty or veterans), and all first responders (active or retired).

Is there a minimum job size?

Yes. Gutter jobs start at $500, so a single elbow or one short run is not a fit for us.

Do you work on two-story homes?

We install gutter guards on two-story homes. For new gutters and other work, we only take single-story homes for now.

Can you help with my HOA approval?

Yes. We help you put together the HOA package for your new gutters or guards, so approval goes smoothly in communities like Timber Pines, Seven Hills, and Sugarmill Woods.
